First, I want to say: HUGE congratulations on making a really important investment in yourself and your future.

I’m thrilled to work together over the next 3 months and support you through this next chapter in your career.

The Career Transformation Program is designed to help you create momentum and make strategic, intentional moves in your career... not just update a resume and hope for the best. The investment you've made today, and will continue to make for the next 3 months, will have a lifelong impact on your career.

Over the next 3 months, we will work together to create clarity around what you want next in your career, position your experience more powerfully, strengthen your candidate brand, and build a smart strategy for how you navigate the job market.

And most importantly: we’re going to get you moving forward.

Before our first session, there is one required onboarding assignment to complete.

Pre-Session Homework + Program Onboarding (required)

This exercise will help you:

• reflect on your strengths, goals, and career patterns

• start identifying what’s working vs. what’s no longer aligned

• prepare intentionally for our first strategy session

• get the most value possible out of our time together

Please complete this at least 24 hours before our first meeting so I have time to review everything thoughtfully beforehand. It may take 1.5 - 3 hours to complete, depending on how reflective you choose to be.

A quick note: the clients who get the strongest results from this program are the ones who stay engaged, reflective, communicative, and willing to take imperfect action between sessions. Similarly, the strongest client results that I see are directly correlated with how much completion and thoughtfulness clients assign to homework. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin, that’s what we’re here to work through together. The homework will dive into this in more detail, but I wanted to share this as we kick off!
