  • Conducting a mock interview + real, live feedback (remember: I’ve interviewed hundreds of people as a recruiter!)

  • Interview strategy (how to stand out, not just answer questions)

  • Strong questions to ask in interviews

  • Reviewing how outreach + applications are performing

  • Adjusting strategy in real time

Offers, Negotiation, and Decision-Making

Now we focus on getting you paid.

  • You’re expecting immediate results. While I’m very confident in the overall speed in which your career can shift because of this program, meaningful change takes time.

  • You’re expecting a guaranteed job offer. Career coaching helps you create the best strategy and materials to tackle the job search, but because I do not have any relation to the roles you would apply for, job offer results are not guarnteed (although I’m proud of the results my clients land!).

  • You’re not willing to network. While I won’t make you go to an awkward event and hand out business cards, you’ll be challenged to meet new people, with both introvert and extrovert friendly practices.
